Here are some more Recent Case Victories:

In May 2014, we got a theft by a public servant greater than $1,500 but less than $20,000 case dismissed in the 147th District Court in Travis County on behalf of S.L. S.L. was a teacher with the Austin Independent School District. She ran into some financial trouble and took some computers from the school. We were able to get her into the pretrial intervention program. She was able to successfully complete the pretrial intervention program and get the case dismissed.

In May 2014, we got a theft case in Travis County Court at Law # 6 dismissed for S.L.

In May 2014, we got a Possession of a controlled substance more than 3 grams less than 28 grams dismissed for T.M. in Williamson County Court at Law # 2. We provided the court with a valid prescription for the pills she was found with and got the charges dismissed. It is important to note that if you are traveling with prescription medications in Texas, you should always travel with the prescription in its prescription bottle.

In May 2014, we got an Assault causing bodily injury family violence case dismissed in the Bell County Court at Law for M.W.

In May 2014, we got three charges of Assault causing bodily injury family violence dismissed in Williamson County Court at Law # 2 against M.B. M.B. was charged for assaults against three of his family members, namely, his mother, father, and sister. We were able to get him some mental health treatment and get the charges dismissed.

In July 2014, we got a case for M.N. reduced. He was charged with felony terroristic threats in the 277th District Court of Williamson County. We got the charges reduced to class A misdemeanor terroristic threats.

In July 2014, we got a burglary of a building charge against B.R. dismissed in the 277thDistrict Court.

In July 2014, we got a driving while intoxicated (DWI) with a minor charge reduced to a class B misdemeanor DWI in the 390th District Court in Travis County.

In August 2014, we got a Possession of controlled substance less than1 gram in a drug free zone charge reduced to a class A misdemeanor attempted possession of a controlled substance charge in the Williamson County 368th District Court for L.H.

In August 2014, we got a charge of possession of marijuana against A.H. dismissed in Travis County Court at Law # 8. He completed 40 hours of community service and the Texas Drug Offender Education Program to earn the dismissal.

In August 2014, we got a charge of DWLI/S against C.L. reduced to criminal attempt DWLI/S in the Hays County Court at Law.

In August 2014, we got a charge against M.G. for resist arrest, search, or transport in Williamson County Court at Law # 1 dismissed.

In August 2014, we got a charge against M.G. for DWLI/S in the Williamson County Court at Law # 1 dismissed.

In August 2014, we got a charge against M.H. for Assault causing bodily injury family violence dismissed in Travis County Court at Law # 4. M.H. was required to enter into a 1 year deferred prosecution agreement where he was required to comply with the recommendations of the Travis County Counseling and Education Service.

In August 2014, we got a charge of theft of more than $500 less than $1,5000 against N.F. dismissed in the Bastrop County Court at Law.

In September 2014, we got a charge of terroristic threat of a family/household dismissed against R.B. in the Williamson County Court at Law # 2.

In October 2014, we got a charge of possession of marijuana charge less than two ounces against S.B. dismissed in exchange for deferred prosecution agreement.

In October 2014, we got a charge of assault causing bodily injury family violence against C.L. dismissed in Travis County Court at Law # 4 in exchange for a deferred prosecution agreement.

In November 2014, we got a charge of 2nd degree assault causing bodily injury family reduced against E.B. reduced to class A misdemeanor assault causing bodily injury family violence in the Caldwell County District Court.

In November 2014, we got a charge of Sexual assault against A.R. reduced to class A misdemeanor assault in the Gillespie County District Court.
