Here are some more recent case victories:

In March 2015, we got a driving while license invalid or suspended with a prior conviction, a class b misdemeanor, dismissed, in the Travis County Court Law # 3 for J.F.

In March 2015, we got a possession of marijuana less than two ounces charge against P.R. dismissed in the Williamson County Court at Law # 3. 

In March 2015, we got a felony forgery of a financial charge against I.S. dismissed in the 368th District Court of Williamson County.  She plead to an attempted forgery of a financial instrument in the Williamson County Court at Law # 1 and was placed on deferred adjudication probation for 2 years. 

In March 2015, we got a POSS CS PG 3 <28G DRUG FREE ZONE charge against D.H. dismissed in the 26th District Court of Williamson County.

In March 2015, we got a CRIMINAL MISCHIEF >=$50<$500 charge against Z.W. dismissed in Williamson County Court at Law # 1.

In April 2015, we got a driving while intoxicated case against A.J. dismissed in Williamson County Court at Law # 3.

In April 2015, we got a possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces charge against J.R. dismissed in Williamson County Court at Law # 3. 

In April 2015, we got a driving while license invalid or suspended (DWLI/S) with a prior conviction (class b misdemeanor) charge against C.G. dismissed in Williamson County Court at Law # 3.

In April 2015, we got a possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces charge against B.E. dismissed in Travis County Court at Law # 8.

In April 2015, we got money laundering charges against J.H. dismissed in the Hill County District Court.

In May 2015, we got THEFT OF SERV >=$20<$500 charges against C.S. dismissed in Travis County Court at Law # 6.

In May 2015, we got driving while intoxicated (DWI) charges against C.H. dismissed in Travis County Court at Law # 5. He had a 0.093 Blood Alcohol Concentration.  He agreed to plead guilty to an obstruction of a highway passageway charge.  He was placed on 15 months deferred adjudication probation.  He completed an alcohol awareness course.  He did the Mother’s Against Drunk Driving Victim Impact Panel.  He paid a $200 fine.  He completed 50 hours of community service.

In May 2015, we got a POSS OF MARIJ <2OZ against A.M> dismissed in Williamson County Court at Law # 2.

In August 2015, we got a public intoxication dismissed against C.S. in the Austin Municipal Court.

In August 2015, we got a burglary of a habitation charge, a 2nd degree felony, against A.T. reduced to a criminal trespass, a class A misdemeanor in the 299th District Court.

In August 2015, we got a burglary of a habitation charge, a 2nd degree felony against R.B. reduced to a criminal trespass, a class A misdemeanor in the 299th District Court.

In August 2015, we got a driving while intoxicated (DWI) charge against S.D. dismissed in Williamson County Court at Law # 1.  She plead to an obstruction of a highway passageway.  She did a driving while intoxicated awareness class, the drug offender education course (there were drugs found in her blood), the Mother’s Against Drunk Driving Victim Impact Panel, watched the Jacqueline Video, paid restitution for the damage in the accident, and paid $262 in court costs.  She did not have to pay any additional fine.  She did not have to do probation.  She did not have to do any additional jail time.  She was given credit for the night she served in jail when she was arrested.

In August 2015, we got a driving while intoxicated (DWI) charge against N.S. dismissed in the Williamson County Court at Law # 2.  N.S. successfully completed the pretrial intervention program.

In August 2015, we got a driving while intoxicated (DWI) charge against C.C. dismissed in the Williamson County Court at Law # 2.  It was a low BAC case.  We had to set the case for trial to get the state to agree to plead the case to the class c traffic misdemeanor of driving on the wrong side of road.  The client also had to take the driving while intoxicated awareness course.  The client paid a $100 fine and $222 in court costs.   The client was involved in a serious accident.  She was under 21, she was driving on the wrong side of the road when she was involved in the accident, she had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.06, and she performed very poorly on field sobriety tests.

In September 2015, we got a possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces charge against R.H. dismissed in Williamson County Court at Law # 3.  He successfully completed pretrial intervention.

In September 2015, we got a failure to stop and render aid charge against A.R. dismissed in the Travis County 427th District Court.

In September 2015, we got a driving while intoxicated (DWI) charge dismissed against N.V. in Travis County Court at Law # 5.  He performed very poorly on the field sobriety tests and was involved in a minor traffic collision.  His breath alcohol concentration was only a 0.113 and a 0.112.  He plead to an obstruction of a highway passageway.  He was working on getting his teaching certification.  He got excellent letters of reference.  He completed counseling as recommended by the Travis County Counseling and Educational Service (TCEES) and his MADD Panel up front.  He was given 18 months regular probation.  He was required to have an ignition interlock device for 6 months of his probation.  He did not have to pay a fine.

In October 2015, we got a DWLI charge dismissed against B.W. in Williamson County Court at Law # 2.

In October 2015, we got a Theft>=$50<$500 charge dismissed against S.C. in Williamson County Court at Law # 2.

In October 2015, we got a TAMPER/FABRICATE PHYS EVID W/INTENT TO IMPAIR charge dismissed against J.R. in the Williamson County 277th District Court.

In October 2015, we got an ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE charge dismissed against D.C. in Williamson County Court at Law # 2.  We had to set the case for trial to get the state to dismiss. 

In October 2015, we got an ASSAULT FAM/HOUSE MEM IMPEDE BREATH/CIRCULAT against J.W. reduced from a third degree felony to a class A misdemeanor in the Williamson County 26th District Court.

In November 2015, we got a  DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES against T.P. dismissed in Travis County Court at Law # 5.

In November 2015, we got a possession of marijuana more than four ounces less than five pounds reduced to a class A misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana more than two ounces less than four ounces.

In November 2015, we got a possession of a controlled substance less than one gram charge against N.R. dismissed in the Williamson County 277th District Court.

In November 2015, we got an assault causes bodily injury family violence charge against M.F. dismissed in the Williamson County Court at Law # 2.  The state required he show proof of an 8 hour anger management course to earn the dismissal.

In December 2015, we got a possession of a dangerous drug charge against R.S. dismissed in Travis Count y Court at Law # 5.  She was accepted in the pretrial diversion program.

In December 2015, we got a theft of greater than $50 less than $500 charge against R.S. dismissed in the Travis County Court at Law # 5.  She was accepted in to the pretrial diversion program.

In December 2015, we got a theft of greater than $500 less than $1,500 charge against L.S. dismissed in Williamson County Court at Law # 2.  She successfully completed the pretrial diversion program.

In December 2015, we got a POSS CS PG 2 < 1G dismissed against M.M-K. in the Williamson County 277th District Court.

In December 2015, we got an assault causes bodily injury family violence case against K.S. dismissed in the Travis County Court at Law # 4.

In December 2015, we got an interference with an emergency call against G.M. dismissed in Williamson County Court at Law # 2.

In December 2015, we got an assault bodily injury / family violence against A.D. in Williamson County Court at Law # 1 dismissed.

In January 2016, we got a POCS-TETRAHYDROCANNABINOLS-LESS THAN ONE GRAM against T.C. in the Hays County District Court Dismissed.

In January 2016, we got a Theft Prop>=$50<$500 against A.M. dismissed in Williamson County Court at Law # 3.  She successfully completed pretrial intervention.

In January 2016, we got a two POSS CS PG 2 < 1G charges against S.F. reduced to Attempt to Commit POSS CS PG 2 < 1G (Attempt to Commit) in the Williamson county 26th District Court. The client was carrying ADHD drugs without a prescription.  In Williamson County they charge possession of these drugs as a felony since they contain amphetamine. 

In February 2016, we got a burglary of a building charge against K.S. dismissed in the Travis County 390th District Court.

In February 2016, we got a driving while intoxicated (DWI) charge against C.B. dismissed in the Travis County Court at Law # 5.  He plead guilty to an obstruction of a highway passageway.  He did counseling as recommend by the Travis County Counseling and Education Service (TCCES) and the MADD Panel up front.  He was placed on 15 months deferred adjudication probation.  He paid a $200 fine.  He was ordered to do 40 hours of community service.

In February 2016, we got a THEFT PROP >=$50<$500 charge against C.C. dismissed in the Bell County Court at Law.  He successfully completed the pretrial diversion program.

In February 2016, we got a THEFT PROP <2500 2/MORE PREV CONV against D.G. reduced from felony to a misdemeanor in the Williamson County 368th District Court.

In February 2016, we got a possession of marijuana more than 2 less than 4 ounces charge against A.C. dismissed in the Travis County Court at Law # 3.

In February 2016, we got an injury to a child/elderly charge against C.C. dismissed in the Williamson County 277th District Court.

In February 2016, we got a DRIVING W/ LIC INV W/ PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES charge against K.H. dismissed in the Williamson County Court at Law # 2.

In March 2016, we got a driving while license invalid or suspended (DWLI/S) with prior convictions against A.S. dismissed in Williamson County Court at Law # 2.

In March 2016, we got an assault on a public servant charge against H.J. dismissed in the Williamson County 277th District Court.

In March 2016, we got an obstruction or retaliation charge against H.J. dismissed in the Williamson County 277th District Court.

In March 2016, we got an assault causes bodily injury family violence charge against A.M. dismissed in the Travis County Court at Law 4.  He plead guilty to class c misdemeanor disorderly conduct and paid a $100 fine and court costs.

In March 2016, we got a driving while intoxicated charge (DWI) charge against M.G. dismissed in Travis County Court at Law # 7.  He plead guilty to an obstruction of a highway passageway.  He was given credit for time served.  He plead guilty on the day of trial.

In March 2016, we got an interfere with an emergency call against R.D. dismissed in Williamson county Court at Law # 3.

In March 2016, we got a Criminal Mischief >=$1,500 <$20K against C.C. dismissed in the Travis County 403rd District Court.

In March 2016, we got a driving while intoxicated (DWI) and two POSS CS PG 3 < 28Gs dismissed against S.F. in the Williamson County Court at Law # 3.  She plead guilty to an obstruction of a highway passageway.  She had a 0.08 blood alcohol level and felony drug charges attached.  She was sentenced to two years deferred adjudication probation.  $300 fine.  Standard terms and conditions of probation.

In April 2016, we got a CRIMINAL MISCHIEF >=$500<$1,500 against S.L. dismissed in the Williamson County Court at Law # 3.  We had to set the case for trial to get the charges dismissed.

In April 2016, we got a possession of a controlled substance less than one gram reduced to a misdemeanor pursuant to penal code section 12.44(b) against J.D. in the 368th District Court of Williamson County.

In April 2016, we got indecency with a child charges against R.P. dismissed in the Coryell County District Court.

In April 2016, we got POSS CS PG 1 >= 1G < 4G charges against J.R. dismissed in the 26th District Court of Williamson County.

In May 2016, we got a driving while intoxicated (DWI) charge against C.C. dismissed in the Bell County Court at Law.  She successfully completed the pretrial intervention program.

In May 2016, we got a possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces charge against N.K. dismissed in the Burnet County Court at Law.  He successfully completed a deferred prosecution agreement.

In May 2016, we got an assault causes bodily injury family violence charge against S.S. dismissed in Williamson County Court at Law # 1.  We had to set the case for trial to get the dismissal.

In May 2016, we got a driving while intoxicated charge against W.B. dismissed in Travis County Court at Law # 3.  His blood alcohol concentration was a 0.11.  He is a firefighter so it was imperative that his case be resolved as soon as possible for something less than a DWI.  Ultimately, he plead to a reckless driving.  The reason this was chosen is so that he can file a Petition for Non-Disclosure without having to wait two years after successfully completing probation.  He was placed on 18 months deferred adjudication probation.  He had to pay a $200 fine.  He was required to do 40 hours community service.  He was required to have an ignition interlock for 6 months.  He had to do counseling as recommended by the Travis County Counseling and Education Service (TCCES) and a MADD Panel up front.

In May 2016, we got criminal trespass charges against R.P. dismissed in the Bell County Court at Law.

In June 2016, we got assault causes bodily injury family violence charges in Williamson County Court at Law # 3.

In June 2016, we got driving while intoxicated (DWI) charges against S.D. dismissed in Travis County Court at Law # 9.  Her breath alcohol concentration was a 0.13, but she performed well on field sobriety tests.  She completed counseling as recommended by the Travis County Counseling and Education Service (TCCES) and MADD Panel up front.  She got letters of reference.  She was placed on 18 months deferred adjudication probation.  She is required to have the ignition interlock for ½ the term of her probation.  She is required to do 60 hours of community service and pay court costs.

In June 2016, we got a driving while intoxicated charge (DWI) charge against S.L. dismissed in Travis county Court at Law # 9.  Her breath alcohol concentration was only a 0.05.  Her driving was awful.  Her performance on field sobriety tests was terrible.  Even so the client did not want to go to trial.  The state required her to do the driving while intoxicated awareness course in order to get her case reduced to a class c misdemeanor traffic violation for failure to signal a lane change.  She was given a 6 month deferred disposition for the failure to signal a lane change along with a $200 fine and court costs.

In June 2016, we got a driving while license suspended or invalid charge against J.H. dismissed in Williamson County Court at Law # 3.

In June 2016, we got a possession of a controlled substance less than one gram charge reduced pursuant to penal code section 12.44(b) against R.B. in the 368th District Court of Williamson County.
